Yoga for Happiness is a complete family program that equips you with simple tools for leading a pure life full of seamless joy. It is conducted every Sunday between 6 PM to 8 PM. It includes 6 Sessions based on the Teachings of Srimad Bhagavatam and the Bhagavad Gita. Every Session consists of a specific topic, PowerPoint Presentation, Audio Visuals, Interactive Videos, and 15 minutes session of Mantra Meditation & Satvik Prasadam. On completion of the course, a Certificate is awarded by Hare Krishna Movement.
